Returns & Refunds

Because every piece is made to order for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size — please check the size chart before ordering.

• Misprinted, damaged or defective? Email support@civicthreads.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll reprint it or refund you in full, your choice. You don't need to send the item back.
• Lost in transit? If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, write to us and we'll reship or refund.
• Wrong address? Contact us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll fix it before it goes to production.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
